Debbie Vuong, San Francisco Therapist

I offer therapy sessions in my San Francisco and San Rafael offices in both English and Vietnamese and have an interest in working with a diverse Bay Area clientele. I work with children, preteens, teenagers and adults struggling with ADHD, Anxiety, chronic impulsivity, developmental disorders, learning disabilities and sensory processing disorder. I have a special interest in Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Social Anxiety. I use a variety of therapy modalities including Play Therapy, Social Skills Training, Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal/Relationship-based therapy and Attachment-based therapy.

My name is Debbie Vuong. I obtained my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Southern California and am licensed in California as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFC #39895).

I have taught and worked in a variety of settings and have a broad range of experience with children, adults, and families. These settings include public and private schools, community clinics, day treatment facilities, and university settings. I have had experience and enjoy working with people from a variety of different racial and ethnic backgrounds. In addition, I strive to constantly improve my work through consultation, ongoing training, and self-understanding.
