About Me

I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults through emotional, social, and developmental challenges. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Southern California, and have worked in a wide range of settings—including public and private schools, community clinics, day treatment programs, university counseling centers, and private practice.

In addition to my clinical work, I’ve served as a clinical supervisor and adjunct faculty member, helping to train and support developing therapists. These roles have strengthened my commitment to thoughtful, developmentally grounded, and culturally responsive care.

I have a strong interest in working with neurodivergent clients—particularly those on the autism spectrum—and often focus on issues like anxiety, emotional regulation, and challenges with social connection. I approach each client with openness and flexibility, drawing from years of experience and a deep respect for different ways of thinking, feeling, and relating. My work is grounded in creating space for growth—whether emotional, social, or developmental.
