INDIVIDUAL THERAPY SERVICES OFFERED

Young Adults

I work with young adults navigating the transition to independence, identity, and emotional self-understanding. Many of the individuals I support identify as neurodivergent, including those on the autism spectrum.

We might focus on:

  • Reducing anxiety and overwhelm

  • Navigating transitions (college, work, home life)

  • Building social confidence and communication skills

  • Exploring identity and self-understanding

  • Improving executive functioning and emotional regulation

Therapy is collaborative and individualized. I bring warmth, curiosity, and honesty to help you build insight and make meaningful changes in ways that feel authentic to you.

Adolescents

Adolescence can be intense and confusing. Therapy offers teens a space to slow down, feel heard, and make sense of what they’re experiencing.

Common areas of focus include:

  • Anxiety, stress, and emotional regulation

  • Mood shifts and self-esteem challenges

  • School-related pressures or avoidance

  • Peer struggles or social isolation

  • Identity exploration, including neurodiversity and gender

  • Communication challenges with parents and caregivers

I work collaboratively with teens, balancing independence with ongoing communication with parents as needed.

Children

I provide therapy for children struggling emotionally, socially, or behaviorally. Sessions are playful, developmentally sensitive, and centered around building emotional awareness, social skills, and resilience.

We might focus on:

  • Managing big feelings, tantrums, or emotional regulation

  • Coping with anxiety, fears, or separation

  • Navigating life transitions and losses

  • Strengthening peer relationships

  • Supporting secure attachment and family connection

Parent collaboration is integrated into therapy to support growth at home. My goal is to help children feel capable, understood, and supported—at every stage of development.

COLLABORATION

Working with Parents

Parents and caregivers are essential partners in the therapy process. Depending on the child’s age and needs, I meet with parents regularly—often weekly at first, then adjusting over time. Together, we strengthen the parent-child relationship, improve communication, and address emotional dynamics that support the child’s overall growth.

Working with Other Professionals

When helpful, I collaborate with educators, physicians, speech and occupational therapists, and other mental health providers. I also offer school observations and consultation as needed to help create a cohesive support network across settings.
